Call pager 9349 when arranging for pick up or drop off of skirting.
Table Skirts and/or Linen Table Tops are available for
a charge, for...
- non "Serviced Event" tables
- tables not catered by Food and Nutrition Services
- Set-up and removal are
not available for these tables.
Table Skirts and/or Linen Table Tops will be signed
for, when picked-up and dropped-off by an authorized person from the
requesting department.
Charges are as follows.
- Table Skirts with the Linen Table Tops - $20.00 per
table.
- Linen Table Tops only - $10.00 per table.
- Departments not returning items within one week of
drop-off date will be charged for the replacement of the items.
Please allow a three week notice when ordering. This is to make
sure items will be available.
When ordering, you will need a requisition with a MFK and the
following information;
- Department's Name
- Requestor's Name
- Requestor's Phone Number
- Date of Event
- Date and time items will be picked-up and brought back.
Table Skirting and/or Linen Table Tops are
provided free of charge for 2 tables for food and/or beverage for "Serviced
Events" only. Additional tables are provided for a charge. |
