Table Skirting


Table Skirts and/or Linen Table Tops are available for rental through Catering Services for non-serviced events.

Table linens are available on first come, first serve basis.

Catering asks that all requests for Table linens be submitted to our Catering Office via requisition a minimum of three weeks prior to the date needed.


A Catering Service staff member will contact you to arrange for pick-up of requested items. A form must be filled out at time of pick-up indicating the date and time that the linens will be returned. All rentals are charged at a weekly rental rate and the items can be kept 1-7 days. If items are not returned on predetermined date than the department will be charged for additional time. If linens are not returned within one week of established return date than the department will be charged for the replacement of the items.


Charges are as follows. 

Table Skirts with the Linen Table Top     $40.00 per item/week

Linen Table Tops only                              $20.00 per item/week


When submitting a requisition, please provide all important information:
  • Department's Name
  • Requestor's Name
  • Requestor's Phone Number or pager number
  • Date of Event
  • MFK (account) to charge

All requests can be faxed to our Catering office at 384-9824

or dropped in Campus Mail addressed to Catering, W146 GH.
