Table Skirts and/or Linen Table Tops are available
for rental through Catering Services for
non-serviced events.
Table
linens are available on first come, first serve
basis.
Catering asks that all requests for Table linens be
submitted to our Catering Office via requisition a
minimum of three weeks prior to the date needed.
A
Catering Service staff member will contact you to
arrange for pick-up of requested items. A form must
be filled out at time of pick-up indicating the date
and time that the linens will be returned. All
rentals are charged at a weekly rental rate and the
items can be kept 1-7 days. If items are not
returned on predetermined date than the department
will be charged for additional time. If linens are
not returned within one week of established return
date than the department will be charged for the
replacement of the items.

important information:

- Requestor's Name
- Requestor's Phone Number
or pager number
- Date of Event
- MFK (account) to
charge
