Welcome to Catering Services!

Thank you for choosing UIHC Catering Services for your next event.  Planning ahead is critical to the success of your event.  Please take a moment and consider the following items:

  • Do you have a location reserved for your event?

  • What time will your event begin and end?

  • What level of service does your event require?

    • Cart Service: available throughout the complex; you are responsible for set-up and clean-up

    • Full Service: available in Clasen Board Room, Clasen Conference Rooms, Atrium Dining Room and East Room; includes service staff for set-up, clean-up and service during the event

    • China and Linen: If you would like china and linen for your event, please let us know on your requisition (paper and plastic comes standard for both Cart Service and Full Service events)

  • How many guests are you expecting?

  • Have you reviewed our services and policies?

Once you have gathered all of the above information for your event, we ask that you fill out a hospital requisition by following the directions on the link.  Your requisition is your catering order form.  In order to avoid duplicate orders, we ask that you do NOT send the original requisition to our office, but instead keep it for your records.  We will contact you if we need the original at a later time.

 

We make every effort to provide the menu items and level of service you request.

 

Our ability to provide the menu items and level of service you request is directly affected by the amount of notice we receive prior to your event.  We ask that you give a three (3) week notice for all Full Service and China/Linen events, and a one (1) week notice for Cart Service events in order for our department to provide the menu items and level of service your event requires.  If you are unable to give advance notice, we reserve the right to make modifications to your menu if necessary.  You may also incur additional charges.

 

Our staff is here to make sure your event goes as planned; managing catered events is what we’re all about!  We have years of experience in the catering field and are happy to assist you in any way we can.  Please let us share our knowledge with you and help to plan an event that exceeds your expectations!
