Planning ahead is essential for the success of your event,
so please take a moment to consider the following items:

Catering Business Express: delivery service,
available throughout the UIHC and College of
staffed service, available in all Food and
Nutrition Services conference rooms (includes
the East Room, Atrium Dining Room, Atrium
Conference A/B, Clasen Board Room, Clasen
Conference Rooms, Melrose Conference Rooms, and
VPMA/COM designated rooms).

Once you have
collected all of the above information for your event,
we ask that you fill out a hospital
requisition (click to follow the link). This requisition is your catering order form.
To avoid duplicate orders, we ask that you do NOT send the
original requisition to our office, but instead keep it for
your records. We will contact you if we need the
original at any point in time.
Catering Services, we make every effort to provide the menu
items and the level of service you request. Our
ability to do this is directly affected by the amount of
notice we receive prior to your event. For this
reason, we ask that you give a one week notice for a
Catering Business Express event, and a three week
notice for a Special Event Catering event in order to
provide the menu and the staffing that your event requires.
If you are unable to give advance notice, we reserve the
right to make modifications to your menu if necessary.
You may also incur additional charges.
