Food and Nutrition Services -   Dietetic Internship

    Graduate Courses


During the internship, interns complete 9 hours of graduate coursework.  The courses are housed within the College of Public Health.  

Fall Semester:

Dietetic interns are in classes all day on Mondays and Wednesdays.  They are in rotations on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.  The Monday/Wednesday Fall Semester class schedule is as follows:
