Interpretive Data:
SS-B (La) antibodies are found primarily in patients with Sjogren's
syndrome (approximately 60% of cases) and lupus erythematosus (LE,
10- 15% of cases).

Sample Processing:
Centrifuge at a speed and time necessary to get barrier separation
of plasma/serum and cells within 1 hour of collection. Send specimen
in original tube. Do Not transfer to another tube.
