Separate plasma from cells within 1 hour of collection. Separate specimens must be submitted when multiple tests are requested.

Rejection Criteria:
Serum, whole blood, or body fluids. EDTA preserved tubes. Non-frozen, hemolyzed, or lipemic specimens.
Delivery Instructions:
Wrap specimen in aluminum foil to protect from light. Deliver to laboratory immediately after collection. Protect from light during collection, storage and shipment. Critical frozen.

1-6 days upon receipt at reference laboratory
