Delivery Instructions:


Deliver to laboratory immediately after collection.

For optimum cell recovery, specimen must be transported immediately 
after collection.


Testing Schedule:


0800-1630 Monday through Friday.  For additional services, 
contact Clinical Pathology Resident on-call at pager #3404.


Analytic Time:


24 hours (upon receipt in laboratory)


Comments:


Slide must be prepared.  Hematology will only stain for healthcare 
provider to view.
