Urine

Minimum:

20 ml; (20+ ml, if possible) fresh catheterized specimen preferred (no 
preservative).

Delivery Instructions:

Deliver to laboratory immediately after collection.

Analytic Time:

2 days

Reference Range:

The pathologist will provide an interpretive report.

Comments:

The requisition with complete patient history must accompany specimen 
and must include modality of previous therapy.  Place specimen in a 
clean, secure container.  Label with patient name.  Deliver fresh to 
the lab. After 1700 daily, weekends and holidays deliver to Specimen 
Control(6240 RCP).  No 24 hour collection accepted.
