Disclosure Policy: Everyone in a position to control the content of this educational activity will disclose to the CE provider and to attendees all relevant financial relationships with any commercial interest. They will also disclose if any pharmaceuticals or medical procedures and devices discussed are investigational or unapproved for use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

CE for Respiratory Care:   It is the licensee’s responsibility to determine if the continuing education programs they attend meet the requirements of their professional licensure board. Full time attendance will award 10.0 contact hours for both days or 5.0 contact hours for either day, per State of Iowa.

Fee Includes:   Webinar conference expenses, registration fee surcharges and CE recording.

Refund: There is a $20 handling fee for cancellations received on or before October 6, 2022. No refunds will be made thereafter. Registration CANNOT be transferred to another person.

Payment: All payments must be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover).
