creatinine must be collected at some time during the 24 hr urine
collection for the creatinine clearance to be calculated.

Instructions:
Draw blood during 24 hour urine collection. Record date and time of
collection on requisition. Submit entire urine collection.

Label the container with two Full patient identifiers, start date/time, and stop date/time of collection.
Centrifuge at a speed and time necessary to get barrier separation of plasma/serum and cells within 1 hour of collection. Send specimen in original tube. Do Not transfer to another tube.
