Temporary Issues with Epic Microbiology Result Reporting, Thursday, June 27, 2024

Starting Wednesday, June 26th, 2024, an update to Epic has interfered with result reporting for two microbiology tests: LAB8379, “Urinalysis with reflexed culture” and LAB2294, “Malaria panel” at all University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics locations. The affected results will not display in the “Micro” tab in Epic Chart Review but are visible in the Results Review tab. Other result reporting functionality such as inbox messaging is not affected.
