Premature Fungal Culture Resulting

Due to an EPIC error, Fungal Cultures received from 11/26/2024 to 12/2/2024 were prematurely final verified as “No Growth”. The issue has been identified and fixed in EPIC. Cultures are being read for the full 4 weeks per protocol.
