Starting today, Tuesday, September 27th, 2022, random urine protein and 24 hr urine protein will be renamed to the following:

Protein/Creatinine Ratio Urine, Random (LAB845)
Protein, Urine 24 Hr (Includes Prot/Creat Ratio) (LAB891)

This is intended to reduce confusion on whether the protein/creatinine ratio is performed. In either order, the ratio is always performed so there is no reason to place an additional separate urine creatinine order.
