Effective immediately, serology testing for CMV IgM, Toxoplasma IgM, and Rubella IgM will be temporarily paused due to a nationwide unavailability of testing reagents. Samples will be frozen for future testing once reagent becomes available in an estimated 1 – 2 weeks.

The following tests are affected:

CYTOMEGALOVIRUS (CMV) ANTIBODY, IGM [LAB938]
TOXOPLASMA ANTIBODY, IGM [LAB8776]
RUBELLA ANTIBODIES, IGM [LAB4003]
