As of around 1PM September 30, 2021, the instrument failure that led to inability to order the Respiratory Pathogen Panel (LAB8656) and related add-on and cascading tests has been resolved. Orders received prior to the instrument failure have been fulfilled after a delay of 4-6 hours and results are in Epic. We do not anticipate further delays and Epic ordering has been restored for all tests.
