Starting today, July 20^th, 2021, testing for urine and serum/plasma myoglobin will be unavailable in-house and will instead be mailed out to ARUP Laboratories. 

The new order codes are MYOGLOBIN, URINE [LAB412] and MYOGLOBIN, BLOOD [LAB9113]. 

Note that urine samples must be received by the laboratory within 2 hours after collection.

The estimated turnaround time is 1 – 4 days from sample collection.
