Anticipate ongoing delays in mailout tests due to widespread effects of COVID-19 at our commercial reference laboratories. These laboratories may be experiencing shortages in both staffing and reagents critical for testing. These issues are often impacting multiple reference laboratories so that there may be no other options for certain testing.

In particular, the following tests are most affected at this time: various allergens, arginine vasopressin hormone, olanzapine, insulin antibody, and pancreatic polypeptide.
