As of today, Monday, December 16th, reference intervals for fibrinogen and thrombin time will be modified due to a change in assay reagent:

Fibrinogen: 194 – 448 mg/dL (previously 180 – 400 mg/dL)
Thrombin Time: 17 – 20 s (previously 15 – 21 s)

There are no changes to the critical fibrinogen concentration of ≤80 mg/dL.
