As of today, August 18, 2014, orders for urinalysis testing have been restored and no longer include reflex components.  The following are now available:
            LAB1160 – Urine dipstick only
            LAB1163 – Urine Microscopic, Add-on only
            Order panel 263315 – UA with Micro (includes LAB1160 and LAB1164)

Epic order sets and preference lists will also be updated.
