On Monday, October 13 from 1-3 p.m. the Remote Automated Laboratory System (RALS) will undergo a hardware and software upgrade. Accuchek glucose results performed during this time will be retained in the meter. When the upgrade is complete, these results will be transmitted from the meters and display in IPR, Picis, and Epic. Medical Automation Systems (MAS) vendor for the RALS system anticipates the system should be available by 3 p.m. Thank you for your patience.
