Due to an unexpected delay in a software upgrade for the Remote Automated Laboratory System (RALS), accuchek glucose values starting this morning are not displaying on IPR. The Medical Automation Systems (MAS) vendor for the RALS system anticipates the system will be available by 3 p.m. Once the upgrade is complete, glucose results will download to IPR.
