Caution on Abnormal Laboratory Results

Important Reminder: Not all abnormal laboratory results will show up as red in IPR.

Some results from Reference Labs have reference ranges displayed only as a comment. In such cases, if the patient result is abnormal, it will not show up in red on IPR. This occurs because the test results are reported exactly as received over a computer interface and are not altered by the UIHC Labs. Questions to Ronald Feld, Ph.D. (6-1759).
