As has been previously announced, Nichols Diagnostics began withholding diagnostic reagents from shipment several weeks ago out of concern arising from interactions with the FDA.  We expected this to be a short - term interruption but shipments have not yet re-started.

Since we use their reagents for Aldosterone and Renin-Direct testing, and since we are now running out of those reagent stocks as well, there will be some delays in reporting test values for these tests while we make other testing arrangements with Reference Labs.

Note: Aldosterone (ALDS) is a tube type change as the Reference Laboratory utilizes RED top serum.
