Negative for the presence of charcoal or poppy seeds.

Interpretive Data:

This order is intended for examination of charcoal or poppy seeds in urine as part of ingestion study to evaluate for enterovesical fistula.

Comments:

Collection of THREE consecutive first morning voided urines are recommended. Labeled with dates of collection. They may be saved and refrigerated and submitted on the same day for individual testing.
