One 10 mL red top (no additive) tube from recipient (patient).

Delivery Instructions:

Deliver at room temperature. Laboratory arranges shipment of samples from patient.

Crossmatch includes serum acquisition, storage, and preliminary on-
call 
crossmatch test.

Laboratory arranges shipment of samples from patient.

All HLA Testing is ordered through the University of Iowa Epic 
System.
