Interpretive Data:
An elevated IgM antibody concentration greater than 999 TU against
myelin-associated glycoprotein (MAG) suggests active demyelination in
peripheral neuropathy. A normal concentration (less than 999 TU)
generally rules out an anti-MAG antibody-associated peripheral
neuropathy.
