To access COMPLIANCE & QUALIFICATIONS (CQ) https://compliance.hr.uiowa.edu/ you must login using your HawkID password.

To access IOWA COURSES ONLINE (ICON) https://icon.uiowa.edu/ you must login using your HawkID password.

(1) Make sure you are using the correct password associated with your HawkID not your HealthcareID.

While your HawkID & HealthcareID are the same, passwords are not always.
To change your HawkID password to be the same as your HealthcareID password:

(2) Test your HawkID to Ensure your Account is not Locked/Verifty you are Using the Correct Password

(3) Web Browser Conflicts

You could be experiencing a web browser conflict; settings, browser caching, add-ons, etc.
Please attempt to access the resource in another web browser.

Web Browsers
Windows (try in this order): Chrome, Firefox, and then IE
Mac (try in this order): Safari, Chrome, and then Firefox

Web Browsers for Work
Windows: Internet Explorer (IE) is installed as the default browser on HCIS computers.
Mac: Safari is installed as the default browser on HCIS computers.

If your work computer does not have another web browser, contact HCIS via e-mail or their website to request other browsers.

Information to include when contacting HCIS.

Subject: Your Computer’s number (e.g. M12345) | Please Install Chrome and Firefox

Body: I would like Google’s Chrome and Mozilla’s Firefox browsers installed on my computer (e.g. M12345).

Browser Caching
You may also try clearing browser cache in your current web browser.

Add-ons
Some web broswer add-ons could be creating issues, disabling is a good way to test.
