You could be experiencing a web browser conflict; settings, browser caching, add-ons, etc.
Please attempt to access the resource in another web browser.

Windows (try in this order): Chrome, Firefox, and then Internet Explorer
Mac (try in this order): Safari, Chrome, and then Firefox

Windows: Internet Explorer (IE) is installed as the default browser on HCIS computers.
Mac: Safari is installed
as the default browser on HCIS computers.
Go to Start (the Windows Flag) and type in Chrome or Firefox if does not appear then you do not have it.
Once you have confirmed you do not have any other Web browsers you can submit a ticket for both at https://hcis.healthcare.uiowa.edu/ .
