Randy Kardon

Dr. Randy Kardon is the Director of the Iowa City VA Center for Prevention and Treatment of Visual Loss.

The aim was to establish and grow a Center for research benefiting veterans and the general population. This was funded by the VA which was a competitive 5 million dollar grant for 5 years.
