Amanda is a MSTP student doing a rotation in the Bassuk lab. She is creating GFP-tagged clones of Prickle2 mutants and transfecting them into different cell lines to learn about the effects of Prickle2 on cell morphology. These clones will also be used to study the interaction between Prickle2 protein and other proteins within the cell. |
