Sponsored through SAMHSA's Center for Mental Health Services, this is a national technical assistance center designed to build awarness of trauma-informed care and promote the implementation of trauma-informed practices in programs and services.

Local Resources:

Midwest Trauma Services Network

Centered in Sioux City, this organization is a part of a larger national services network, and offers many useful trainings in IOwa as well as other trauma related consultation and capacity building resources for systems and agencies.  It is primarily geared towards issues of trauma in children.
