All-in-one Table skirting & White Table Tops are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Disposable Table top/skirting is now available for Business Express events.  Please contact our office for additional details.

All requests for linens need to be submitted to Catering Services office via your requisition a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to your event.

A Catering Services Assistant Manager will contact you prior to your event to arrange delivery of your requested items.  When delivery is made, you will be asked to complete a form indicating the date and time that the linens will be returned.  All rentals are charged at a weekly rental rate and the items can be kept up to seven (7) days.  If you rented items are not returned on the pre-determined date then you will be charged for additional time. If the linens are not returned within one (1) week of established return date then you will be charged for the replacement of any unreturned items.

Please include the quantity of each item desired on your requisition and send to our office at fnscateringservices@healthcare.uiowa.edu  by fax @ 384-9824, or by Campus Mail addressed to Catering Services-W 146 GH.
