Interpretive Data:
The presence of endomysial antibodies IgG, may be useful in
identifying IgA-deficient patients at risk for celiac disease. To
establish the diagnosis of celiac disease, a positive result must be
confirmed through a biopsy of the small intestine.

Semi-Quantitative Indirect Fluorescent Antibody

Centrifuge at 3500 RPM for 5 minutes.
