Slides, outside report, and Bone Marrow Examination Consult form with:
patient name, hospital#, age, location plus pertinent clinical and
laboratory data.
Testing Schedule:
Collect 0800-1630 Monday through Friday. (All bone marrow procedures done after hours need to be arranged with the bone marrow lab in advance. From 0800-1630 Monday through Friday, the bone marrow lab phone number is 356-2543. At other times, please page the CP resident on call (pager #3404).

24 hours (upon receipt in laboratory)
