Rejection Criteria:
Frozen or refrigerated specimens. Specimens older than 72 hours.
Clotted or hemolyzed specimens. Collect Monday through Thursday only;
do not collect on Fridays, day before a holiday, or weekends.

HLA-B27 is a serologically-defined allele of the human HLA-B locus. The
