Dr. Sugg is a surgical oncologist and endocrine surgeon with an active research interest in thyroid tumors and parathyroid disease. She performs the following surgeries:

- Thyroidectomy
- Parathyroidectomy
- Minimally Invasive Parathyroidectomy
- Adrenalectomy
- Laparoscopic Adrenalectomy
- Pancreatectomy for Gastrinomas, Insulinomas, and other   functioning neuroendocrine tumors of the pancreas
