Internal Funding Opportunities and Resources: Carver pilot grants and research bridge funding are administered by the CCOM Office of Scientific Affairs.
Funding Opportunities Search: Access various electronic databases, government agencies, private foundations, and selected topic links.
UI Institutional Nomination (WINS System): The University of Iowa regularly receives invitations to nominate a restricted number of faculty, staff, or students for high profile funding competitions.
Grant Bulletin: Internal nominations conducted by individual colleges or through the UI WINS system are advertised on the Grant Bulletin. The Collegiate Associate Deans for Research also distribute news of each competition within their colleges.

VA Office of Research and Development Opportunities

Veterans Affairs Office of Research and Development: Search for funding opportunities through the United States Veterans Administration.

National Institutes of Health Office of Extramural Research Grant and Funding Search: Search for opportunities within the 27 institutes and centers within the NIH. This service is also available through the University of Iowa Division of Sponsored Programs.

Editing and Speech-coaching Services: Faculty Affairs and Development supports editing and speech-coaching services provided by Paul Casella, MFA and available at no cost.
CCOM Descriptions and Boilerplate Materials: Brief descriptions and background information are provided for the UI, UIHC, CCOM and UI Research Park for use in preparation of grant materials. Descriptions for centers, institutes and core facilities are also available.
