Scientific Exhibit/Essay Guidelines

An application for submission of a scientific exhibit or essay must be completed and sent, with a postmark of on or before March 16, 2012. To obtain an application form, please contact Mary Huinker.

Exhibits:

• Table space allowed is 6' x 15"
• Free standing exhibit space allowed: 6' x 4'

Essays:

• Projector / Computer used to show slides
• Four copies of essay and illustrations (3 with no identification) must be submitted no later than March 16, 2012. Copies of images must be included.
