Windows:

1. Open the pdf
2. Click on the "select" tool in the Adobe Reader menu bar at the top of the window
3. Use your cursor to select the text to be copied
4. With text selected, hold down the "control" and "c" keys on your keyboard
5. Open the document to be copied to (MS Word, email), place your cursor in the document and hold down the "control" and "v" keys on your keyboard

Mac:

1. Open the pdf
