The 750 square foot facility is located within the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics. It is adjacent to Sports Medicine, Rehabilitation Therapies (PT), and Orthopaedic Surgery. The laboratory is used for both research and clinical testing.

  • Global Gait Assessment (Temporal and Spatial Analysis) with Computerized Gait Mat

  • Biomechanical Factors of Impingement in Total Hip Replacement, in collaboration with Dr. Callaghan
  • Optimizing Mobility in Elders with Knee Osteoarthritis: Gait and Power Training, in collaboration with Dr. Segal
  • Strengthening and Real-Time Feedback in Runners with Anterior Knee Pain, in collaboration with Sports Medicine
