The Blood Center Quality Assurance Coordinator responsibilities include reviewing, managing and maintaining an error management program along with the Tissue Quality Assurance Coordinator for the manufacturing processes in the DeGowin Blood Center.
Dan is responsible for ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory agencies (College of American Pathologists (CAP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Joint Commission and AABB). He works in close cooperation with other Quality, Accreditation and Compliance team members and with the DeGowin Blood Center management staff.
