Processing:

Submit urine in leak-proof plastic container.
Submit whole blood in original container.

Storage:

Refrigerate.

Transport
Instructions:

Place specimen into zip-lock type bag, seal bag.
Place requisition into outside pocket of bag.
Transport in cooler with refrigerated coolant packs.

Instructions:

If blood specimen, keep sample in original container and do not 
centrifuge.  Submit body fluids in original container.
