Comments:

For optimum cell recovery, a fresh, clean catch, mid-stream specimen 
must be transported to Specimen Control (6240 RCP) immediately after 
collection.  The first voided specimen is not acceptable for this test.

Instructions:

Place specimen into zip-lock type bag, seal bag.
Place requisition into outside pocket of bag.
Transport in cooler with refrigerated coolant packs.
