Number of WBC and RBC per high power field will always be reported.  
Other constituents will be reported if seen.

Instructions:

Place specimen into zip-lock type bag, seal bag.
Place requisition into outside pocket of bag.
Transport in cooler with refrigerated coolant packs.

Instructions:

Submit the entire unspun urine sample.
