Antibodies routinely included are: CD3, CD19, CD45, CD56 and ZAP-
70.
Comments:
The ZAP-70 antigen is labile. For a valid result, the assay must be
performed within 8-12 hours from the time of specimen collection. In
order to satisfy this requirement, the specimen must arrive in our
laboratory between the hours of 0800-1430, Monday-Friday and be less
than 4 hours old. Please schedule collection and/or immediate delivery
with UIDL Client Services, 1-866-844-2522, at least one day in advance.
