Interpretive Report by Pathologist Antibodies routinely included are: CD3, CD19, CD45, CD56 and ZAP- 70.
Comments:
The ZAP-70 antigen is labile. For a valid result, the assay must be performed within 8-12 hours from the time of specimen collection. In order to satisfy this requirement, the specimen must arrive in our laboratory between the hours of 0800-1430, Monday-Friday and be less than 4 hours old. Please schedule collection and/or immediate delivery with UIDL Client Services, 1-866-844-2522, at least one day in advance.

Sample Processing:
Label transport tube with two patient identifiers, date and time of collection.
Specimen should be collected and packaged as close to shipping time as possible.
Do not collect on Fridays, on weekends, or before any holidays.
Sample Storage:
Ambient or Room Temperature.
Transport Instructions:
Place requisition into outside pocket of bag.
Place specimen into zip-lock type bag, seal bag.

Ship at ambient temperature.
