Test
Limitations:
CAUTION:  Urines containing sugars and contaminated with microorganisms 
may yield a false positive result due to fermentation of sugar to 
alcohol.
A list of substances and conditions known to affect alcohol 
concentration in vivo is given by Young (1,2).  No representation is 
made by Boehringer Mannheim regarding the completeness of these lists 
or the accuracy of the information contained therein.

Submit urine in leak-proof plastic container.
Label transport tube with two patient identifiers, date and time of 
collection.

Instructions:
Place requisition into outside pocket of bag.
Place specimen into zip-lock type bag, seal bag.
Transport in cooler with refrigerated coolant packs.
