Comments:
The results will be obtained with the INOVA QUANTA Lite ELISA (a
semi-quantitative assay). Assay values obtained with different
manufacturers' methods may not be used interchangeably. The magnitude
of the reported antibody levels do not correlate with the antibody
titer in a linear fashion.
Because the assay is semi-quantitative, it is intended as a diagnostic test only. It is not intended for use as a tool for frequent monitoring of antibody levels, nor is it designed to evaluate acute response to therapy such as immunosuppressant medication or plasmapheresis.
