Tests done on Wednesday.  Samples must be received by 0800 Tuesday to

Label transport tube with two patient identifiers, date and time of 
collection.

Instructions:

Place requisition in bag, seal bag, and tape securely to (urine) 
container.
Transport in cooler with refrigerated coolant packs.

Instructions:

Submit entire 24 hour collection.  Record date and time of collection 
on requisition.
