Submit in leakproof container.

Ship at ambient temperature.
Place specimen into zip-lock type bag, seal bag.
Place requisition into outside pocket of bag.

Instructions:

Requires 24 hour urine collection.  No preservative.  Send the entire 
sample for testing.  Record date and time collection started and 
stopped on requisition
