Place requisition in bag, seal bag, and tape securely to (urine) container. Transport in cooler with refrigerated coolant packs. | ||
Instructions: |
Stable at room temperature for up to eight hours. Submit entire 24 hour collection. Record date and time of collection on requisition. | ||
