Minimum:


Viral isolate must be grown by the Virology lab to be shipped to the
commercial lab.  Call Specimen Control (6-3527) and Virology (4-9568)
to coordinate shipping the sample.


Analytic Time:


4 weeks


Reference Range:


The concentration of drug which results in a 50% reduction in viral 
specific DNA hybridization versus the no-drug control establishes the 
Inhibitory Dose (ID-50) drug concentration.
